that burning thing called love

I know I am not the first person to scribble on "love". Reels of paper have already been written on " love" and all the possible things that one may associate with it. Whether you are pink or yellow, green or navy blue in complexion, Cupid must have struck you by now! If not, then do not worry, Mr. Cupid must be sharpening his arrows and waiting for the right moment to hit you hard!

When love is in the air, you somehow begin to glow. Little things of life make you happy and tiny things make you go crazy. With him around, heart leaps, it does not beat any more. The techonologically revolutionised world where we live in, offers us weird time and places to fall in love. Surprisingly these apparently "weird" places do not appear to be all that "weird" when you reminiscent the days of your togetherness. There are millions of people under the sun, who have fallen in love at bus stops, during morning walks, while going to the local markets and at more embarrasing venues. There is something in us, something wee bit, abnormal and weird that tells us he is the one, I ever wanted all my life. A fast pace life, does not allow us to stick to our first love. Time changes and so does circumstances, but lucky are the ones, who have spent and are spending their lives with their beloved.

Those lost in love, are not unlucky so to say, but somehow life did not play a fair game with them. Some have been left waiting in the matters of love since ages. Then again, there are others who are sorry to have not given their love a second chance to prosper. It is indeed funny, if you begin to ponder over the very many ways life treats an individual in the matters of love. Some cry in love, others are the reason of tears, some win , some lose but are still happy , for love did step into their lives, even though it was for a very short time.

"Time marches on, memory stays...torturing silently for the rest of the days!!"
John Keats
